Having studied classical vocal performance and pedagogy at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Maria's extensive knowledge of singing technique and classical repertoire gives her a solid grounding from which to help her students pursue their musical goals. An ardent linguist, Maria particularly enjoys language coaching, having excelled in this area throughout her education. She can teach a variety of styles, having performance experience in musical theatre, classical, jazz and popular music, so she encourages her students to experiment and try out new styles too! Whether it's Schubert, Sondheim, Stevie Wonder or Sabrina Carpenter you're into, she'll give you all the tools you need to sing it with confidence!

Maria places huge importance on knowing what her pupils want out of their lessons; if it's working towards performances, learning new repertoire, developing their technique, general musicianship skills or simply just having the chance to sing.
